When we visited their website, we were less than impressed. They had almost no information about the thyroid, how it works, or any additional information that’d be helpful for the customer. To us, the manufacturer seemed to lack any dedication to the customer or even the underactive thyroid.

The first thing we noticed when we unpackaged the bottle was that their bottle is completely different from the one they advertise...Their advertised bottle is made of tinted glass and has a metal cap, but the one we received was a rather cheap plastic container. Whether this is intentional or not, it raises some questions about the company’s integrity.
Their website didn’t offer any additional information about how the thyroid functions. They appear to be a large manufacturer with an enormously broad range of products, so the thyroid supplement isn’t their main focus by any means.
